Sea Lions

 

There are fantastic opportunities to see and phtograph large colonies of Steller Sea Lions in their wild, scenic habitat.

Sea Lion haul-outs are small isolated rocky islands on the edge of the Gulf of Alaska. They rest, mate, and care for their young.

One male dominates his territories. The area can be very loud. Disputes do not last long!
