Safety is one of our top priorities. We far exceed the minimum USCG requirements. In addition to the standard life jackets, signals, and fire extinguishers we have redundant electronics, satellite (transmits 406 and 121.5 MHz distress signal and GPS location) Epirb, self inflating USCG approved life raft for 8 adults, satellite phone, cell phone, extra hand held VHF radios, carbon monoxide detectors and Type I Personal Flotation Device for all aboard, two throwable life rings, and life vest for our dog (should she make a rare appearance).
The boat hull is constructed of 8 separate chambers each with high capicity bilge pumps and audible and visible high water alarms.
No smoking

Children need to be under your direct supervision at all times.
Children under the age of 13 must wear their life vest on the deck of the boat. No Exceptions!
Those pregnant, with back, heart, or other ailments need to use their best judgement. This is a wildlife tour on the ocean. Also, those prone to seasickness need to decide whether to take anti-seasicknes medicine (like the non drowsy form of Dramamine) before you get on board. Contact us if you need advice.
